Seller's Guide



To start selling in OC Mall , you must Login OC Mall Portal using the same username & password use to logging into the Onecent application


Steps to be followed:


Step 1: Update Profile


For the first timer seller, after insert username and password, user need to update their profile and the data inserted must be correct. The field that can be updated are phone number, email, address, postcode, city, state and Onecent invite friend link.


Step 2: Create a Store


  • Click on the 'Create' under store button to enter the store name, description, address, postcode, city, state and courier. If the store address are same with the seller's address, user did not have to change the address. But, if the store is at different address with the seller's address, user can change the address information in the store section.

  • After the store information has been inserted, user need to add store social media and the store's logo. The logo will be appear on the main page of the OC Mall. For the courier fee, user can refer on the courier section on top page.

  • Step 3: Create Product, Variation and Images


    Create Product
  • Click on 'Add' under product section to create products. User need to insert the product name, description, category, price, weight in KG without (KG), sharing value without (%), product condition and pre order status.

  • If the category listed for the products and ads is not suitable, please select 'Others' category on the last part of category

  • For the Sharing Value Percentage, user need to insert the sharing value included the amount of the MDR. The MDR percentage is same that is 1.5%. The minimum value of sharing value is 11.5% User is advised to insert the amount only without %.

  • Example: MDR + SV = 1.5 + 10 = 11.5%. The sharing value user need to insert is 11.5.


  • Description

  • Seller can put the detail the product here. Seller also can put noted on that particular item , eg: if the product cannot be delivery by postage/courier, the seller can put a note like this “ this item only can use RUNNER ONLY , or SELF PICKUP ONLY , please call this no : 60111xxxxx (seller number) for arrangement of delivery method / delivery charges if any before you place the order”.

  • In the next page, user can check the product details and can update the product details. After user has satisfied with the product information, user need to click 'Add Variation' button on the below part of the form.

  • Variation
  • For the variation, user can add as many variation that the product are available. The color and size part are optional as seller can blank it. After user has input thet quantity, color and size, user need to click 'Add Variation' button and the variation will be added to the list.

  • After user has insert all the available variation, user need to click 'Upload Image' button.

  • Images, GIF and Youtube Link
  • GIF and youtube link for the product are optional, while the 5 images of the products are the mendatory. User need to make sure that the size of the image uploaded must below 2MB.

  • After user done uploaded images, GIF and youtube link, user need to click on the 'Submit' button.

  • Step 4: Admin's Approval


  • Wait until your product is approved by the Admin, to see the status of your product, you can click on the 'Status' button

  • If the status is rejected, user need to read the remark from the Admin. Correct the problem based on Admin's remark. After the data has been corrected, user need to cick 'Submit' button in the status section

  • If the products is approved, user can check the product on the OC Mall website. User also can change the information of the product, images and variation on the 'Approved Product' under product.

  • If the product or variation is unavailable, user is advised to delete the product or variations as it might confused the buyer.

  • Notes :

    If the product has different price, user need to add new product and need to repeat Step 3.


    Step 5: Order


  • To view the order, user can view the new order on the homepage. There is 'New Order' section on the homepage. User need to click on the 'View' button to view more information about the order. After user has send the parcel to the customer, user need to capture the tracking number tag and insert the tracking number.

  • User is advised to insert date and time when the parcel is being delivered.

  • Step 6: Feedback or Suggection


    To make any suggestion or has any problem, please use the 'Create' on the Feedback button and to see the respond, click on the "view" button


    Step 7: Create Advertisement


  • To create advertisement, user can create ads maximum 5 ads. User can click 'Add Ads' on Oc Ads section. User need to insert ads name, description, category, price, name, phone number and email of the person in charge.

  • After user insert information about the ads, user need to insert image minimum 3 images.

  • Step 8: Admin' Approval


  • Wait until your ads is approved by the Admin, to see the status of your ads, you can click on the status button

  • If the status is rejected, user need to read the remark from the Admin. Correct the problem based on Admin's remark. After the data has been corrected, user need to cick 'Submit' button in the status section
